Albany Lock-In Albany Lock-In 2012 - "MEDIEVAL MAYHEM"
February 10-11, 2012 Calapooia Cub Scout Lock-In at the Linn County Fairgrounds in Albany, for info or to register www.cpcbsa.org/calapooia. This is a HUGE event, lots of booths, an overnighter, BB guns, Archery, and much, much more for Scouts Tigers through Boy Scouts.

Parent Leader (Pack) Committee Meeting This is where we discuss the Program Content of our Pack Meeting and our Den Meetings. ALL parents, registered adults, and Pack Leadership can voice their support and concerns. The "Pack Committee" is made up of Registered adults only as voting membership.

Scout Sabbath -- Scout Sunday --- BSA Anniversary Week The Boy Scouts of America designates the Sunday that falls before February 8 as Scout Sunday. However, a chartered organization or local religious organization may choose to celebrate on another day.
SCOUTS WEAR FULL UNIFORM, some churches allow the Scouts to conduct a flag ceremony, or, they may also serve as Ushers handing out church bulletins. The Presbyterian Church and United Methodist Church celebrate Scout Sunday (2/5) on the second Sunday of February so as to not conflict with Communion Sunday. In the the Jewish faith, Scout Sabbath is celebrated on the Saturday (2/11) after February 8, Scouting Anniversary Day.
